Ingredients:
100g green peas, 100g chopped carrots, 100g chopped French beans, 100g cauliflower florets, 100g cubed potatoes, 100g cubed cottage cheese,50g cashew nuts, 1/2 cup of oil, 1 large onion crushed to a paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1 cup tomato puree, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 50g cashew nut powder, 1-1/2 tsp salt,1-1/2 cups curd, 50g capsicum, 50g pineapple.
Method:
Boil the green peas, cauliflowers, french beans,carrots till tender.Meanwhile in a pan deep fry the potatoes, cottage cheese and cashew nuts till golden and keep aside.In the same pan fry the onion paste, garlic paste and ginger paste.Add the tomato puree, turmeric, garam masala, cashew nut powder, chilli powder, curd, potatoes, cottage cheese, cashew nuts , pineapple and capsicum.Also add the steamed carrots, peas, cauliflowers and French beans.After 5 minutes add salt with a cup of water.Cook for 15 more minutes.Serve hot.
