Ingredients:
300g sphagetti,salt to taste,1 tsp white oil,200g tomatoes,3 spring onions,7-8 cloves of garlic,2-3 green chillies,100g green cabbage,3 tbsp olive oil,1/2 cup water,1 tsp sugar,grated cheese.
Method:
Boil sphagetti with with and 1 tsp white oil,until soft.Drain and keep warm.Chop tomatoes,spring onion,garlic,green chillies and coarsely chop green cabbage.Heat olive oil in a large saucepan.Fry the chopped garlic and green chillies in it for a few minutes.Add the chopped spring onions and tomatoes.Cook until the tomatoes get thoroughly blended.Add 1/2 cup water if needed.Add 1 tsp sugar and salt to taste.Put in the chopped cabbage and sphagetti.Cover the sphagetti well with the tomato mix.Pour it in a serving dish.Generously sprinkle grated cheese on it and serve hot.
