Ingredients:
6 cups milk,2 cups boiled spaghetti,100g cheese(grated),1/2 cup flour,5 tbsp flour,1 tbsp coriander leaves(chopped),3 sticks celery(chopped fine),4 green chillies(chopped),bread crumbs(as reqd.),salt to taste,4 tbsp butter,oil.
Method:
Melt butter in a heavy bottomed pan on a low heat.Add flour and fry for 1 min.Remove from heat and gradually add milk stirring continuously to a smooth paste.Put the pan on the gas and keep stirring until the mixture thickens.Keep the white sauce aside.Add the boiled spaghetti,green chillies, grated cheese,coriander leaves,celery and salt.Mix well and shape into small balls.Mix flour and one cup water to a smooth batter.Dip the spaghetti balls in the batter and roll them in breadcrumbs and deep fry.Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
